Restorative Justice Community Forum: Rethinking How We Respond to Harm

Restorative Justice Community Forum: Rethinking How We Respond to Harm

Join Connection First on Tuesday, November 17th, for an inspiring evening of dialogue and connection during International Restorative Justice Week!

This year's Forum features a powerful conversation with Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil and Amy Alvis, Principal of Ghazvini Learning Center, as we explore what it looks like to respond to harm and conflict differently—particularly before the response becomes suspension, arrest, or incarceration.

We're inviting community members, elected officials, law enforcement, attorneys, educators, faith leaders, and other community partners to join us in imagining a more restorative future for our community.

This event is free and open to the public. We hope you'll join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, learning, and connection as we work toward a community where accountability, healing, and public safety go hand in hand.
