Laughter Club meeting in Tempe at Pyle Adult Recreation Center
About This Event
Phoenix Laughter Club brings joy to our lives through FREE Laughter Club meetings. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us! Children laugh an average of 300 times per day, yet by the time they become adults, their laughter dwindles to about 15 laughs per day. In laughter club, we set aside the critical mind and allow our natural inner joy to pour out by combining intentional laughter exercises with childlike playfulness. Soon, the laughter becomes infectious and we experience many physical and psychological benefits as a result.
Laughter is a natural 'chill pill' you feel good instantly and there are no bad side effects. Do something good for you and learn to laugh off the stress and strain of everyday life!
Meetings are held on all 2nd Thursday of the month .
