Each gathering of Open Hearts Collective will explore a different theme—offering space to reflect, share what is present for you and listen to the experiences of others. Rochi Valderrama will guide the conversation and offer intuitive and channeled insights to support greater understanding and clarity.

This is a seated, conversational experience. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

The gathering will close with approximately 20 minutes of guided breathing and meditation, allowing you to integrate the conversation, reconnect with yourself and move forward feeling more centered.

October Theme: Guilt

Guilt can linger long after a moment has passed—shaping how we see ourselves, influencing our choices and making it difficult to move forward freely.

During this gathering, Rochi will gently guide the circle in exploring the guilt we carry, where it may come from and what it may be asking us to understand. Through reflection, open-hearted conversation and intuitive guidance, participants will be invited to consider the difference between meaningful accountability and the guilt that keeps us trapped in self-judgment.

The circle will offer space to acknowledge what is present with honesty and compassion, reconnect with inner wisdom, and begin moving forward with greater understanding, forgiveness and clarity.

The session will close with guided breathing and meditation to help integrate the experience.
