Join us for our second community event of 2026: a day of connection, encouragement, and rest designed specifically for moms. Whether you're in the trenches of the newborn stage or years into the journey, RESTORED is a space to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you don't have to do this alone.

What to Expect:

Inspiring Speakers & Keynote

Start the day with a powerful keynote and speaker session centered on the heart of motherhood.

Panel Discussions

Hear from local experts and moms on topics that matter most — including postpartum mental health and navigating your feeding journey — with real, honest conversation and space for your questions.

Breakout Sessions

Choose from small-group sessions covering:

• Preparing your home & support system for postpartum

• Pelvic floor health & intimacy after baby

• Babywearing basics

• Homeopathy for moms & families

Coffee Connect Breaks

Two dedicated breaks throughout the day to relax, grab a coffee, and connect with local vendors and businesses who support moms in our community.

Food trucks (Manna from Heaven) 11:30-1. Light snacks and coffee during event provided.

Childcare not provided but bringing your babies is totally encouraged!
