Tai Chi Flow: Walking in the Forest

Step away from the rush of the week and reconnect with your body in nature.

Join Ross Clark-Moore for a gentle 90-minute Tai Chi experience in the forest. Through mindful walking, flowing movement, and moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to notice your breath, feel your feet on the ground, and move at a more natural pace.

This welcoming experience is suitable for beginners. You don’t need to know a Tai Chi form or keep up with anyone else; Ross will guide you through accessible movements and offer space to move in a way that feels comfortable for you.

We will meet by the parking area on the south side of FM 1488 Rd opposite Woodsons and Galindos.

About Ross

Ross Clark-Moore is a Tai Chi Qigong instructor, Mind-Body Alignment Coach and co-owner of Body & Brain Magnolia. His teaching combines traditional mind-body principles with practical, accessible guidance that helps people develop greater balance, body awareness, energy and calm.

Ross creates a relaxed and welcoming environment where beginners and experienced practitioners alike can move at their own pace and experience Tai Chi as both a physical practice and a form of moving meditation.

• Supportive, closed-toe walking or athletic shoes
• Sunscreen and insect repellent, if desired
• A light jacket or extra layer depending on the weather

No yoga mat or equipment is needed.

Outdoor event and weather policy

This experience takes place outdoors and is subject to weather and forest conditions. Light cloud cover or cool weather will not necessarily cancel the event.

If unsafe weather or forest conditions require the event to be postponed or canceled, registered participants will be contacted by email or text. Tickets may then be transferred to the rescheduled date or refunded.
