First-Time Home Buyer Trivia Night | Win Prizes | Portland

Stop renting. Start winning.

Think you know what it takes to buy your first home? Put your knowledge to the test at First-Time Home Buyer Trivia Night, hosted by PEX Realty Group and Vision Mortgage.

This isn't your typical homebuyer seminar. It's an evening of trivia, prizes, and real answers to the questions every first-time buyer has, in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Grab a drink, bring a friend, and play your way to the keys.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN WHILE YOU PLAY

- How much you really need for a down payment

- The difference between pre-qualified and pre-approved

- Whether you could own a home for close to what you pay in rent

- What happens between "offer accepted" and getting the keys

WHY YOU SHOULD COME

- Find out your buying power

- Ask a local real estate agent and lender anything

- Compete for prizes

- Zero pressure, all fun
