Get Ready for GOAT YOGA ON THE GREAT MIAMI!
Join us for a fun and relaxing fall morning surrounded by nature, fresh fall air, and a few very friendly goats. You’ll enjoy a gentle yoga session right along the Great Miami River while goats (provided by The Grazing Ground Dayton) wander around and mingle with the group.
After yoga, stick around and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful river views and fall scenery.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never stepped on a yoga mat before, this event is all about getting outside, enjoying good company and having fun!
Grab a friend, bring your yoga mat (or towel) and come enjoy a cozy fall morning with us (and a few goats)!
