A 2-hour hands-on workshop where you'll master the art and science of pour-over brewing. Learn to control every variable — grind, temperature, flow rate, and timing — to unlock the full potential of your cup.
What You'll Learn
- The pour-over method and its impact on flavor extraction
- Grind size, water temperature & pouring technique
- How to adjust variables for different coffee profiles
- Hands-on practice with the Origami Dripper and other top-tier equipment

Open to all levels — from home enthusiasts to aspiring baristas. No prior experience required.
