Ladies Who Lunch

Welcome to Ladies Who Lunch!

Where powerful women gather with purpose.

Ladies Who Lunch is an exclusive networking circle of accomplished women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who come together to connect beyond titles, foster authentic relationships, and create space for real conversations—personally and professionally.

Founded by Heather Gallagher & Clelia Pergola (NJ Elder Law Center at Goldberg Law Group), the group brings together women who are not only driving businesses forward but are also navigating the complexities of leadership, family, legacy, and wellness.

This is not your typical networking group. There are no pitches, no pressure—just powerful women showing up as themselves to support, share, and grow.

Events are held over curated lunches with meaningful discussion topics, occasional guest speakers, and shared insights that fuel both career and personal evolution.

Because when women support each other, real magic happens.
