✨ What is ecstatic dance?
Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement experience where the music guides you and your body leads the way. There’s no choreography, no steps to memorize, and no right or wrong way to move.

Stretch, sway, shake, jump, or simply rest and listen. The music takes us through different moods and rhythms, offering space for playful expression, energetic movement, and quiet reflection. No dance experience or partner needed. Every invitation is optional, and you’re welcome to take breaks anytime.

🎶 Meet Your DJ & Space Holder
Isha brings together her love of music, movement, meditation, and horses to create a welcoming space for self-expression and connection. She is a certified OSHO Active Meditation Instructor, a master-level sound healing therapist trained in Goa, India, and an EAGALA-certified Equine Specialist.

Her experience facilitating movement for mental health, her theater background, and years of working with horses inform her playful, grounded approach. Horses have taught her the value of presence, sensitivity, and listening beyond words- qualities she brings to the dance floor.

Through music, movement, and sound, Isha invites you to follow your curiosity, connect with your body, and enjoy the freedom to be yourself.

6:00–6:15 PM | Arrival & Mingle
Settle in, meet fellow dancers, and show off your Halloween costume!

6:15–6:25 PM | Opening Circle
Gather with Isha for a welcome, introductions, and shared agreements for the evening.

6:25–6:35 PM | Shaking Our Skeletons
A guided shaking warm-up with a nervous system reset intention—an invitation to loosen up, release tension, and connect with your body.

6:35–7:35 PM | Live DJ Set with DJ Isha
An hour of freeform dance! Follow the beats, explore your movement, and let your inner creature come out to play.

7:35–7:45 PM | Cool Down & Sound Healing
Ease into stillness with gentle sounds and a moment to rest and integrate.

7:45–8:00 PM | Closing Circle
Come back together for reflection, gratitude, and optional sharing to close the evening.

💛 Our Shared Dance Space
Respect everyone’s boundaries and ask for consent before physical contact. During the dance journey, let’s keep conversation off the dance floor so everyone can immerse themselves in the music.

👻 All ages welcome! Kids attend free and must stay under their accompanying adult’s supervision. Costumes are encouraged- choose something comfortable that lets you move freely.

✨ This is a sober event- we get high on our own energy! Come enjoy a night powered by music, movement, and connection. Please arrive sober and keep the space free of alcohol and recreational drugs.
