Golden Light Sound Bath Sat Nov 7, 11 AM

Meet us at the Southwest corner of the park between the Mission Manor school and the Drachman boys & girls club. Saturday October 10 at 11 AM. Parking is on the street. Please bring a yoga mat, folding chair or something you will be comfortable in for this balancing morning sound bath. at 11 AM under this lovely stand of tall pines. This is not a sleepy sound bath. but with and session if you are very stressed you may feel sleepy temporarily. Please bring water to drink, and dress with loose comfortable clothing preferably cotton so the vibrations make contact with your skin. You will enjoy the sound of gong, tibetan & crystal bowls, drum, chimes and other percussion instruments. Each affects us a different way creating a path to release what you no longer need and open your self to healing, love & compassion.
