Since its launch in 2018, the Equality Indicators Report has served as a vital tool for measuring progress toward a more equitable city— tracking disparities across areas like education, housing, justice, health, and economic opportunity. Each year, the report shines a light on where Tulsa is making strides and where persistent gaps remain.

The Equality Indicators Summit builds on that foundation, offering a hands-on opportunity to turn data into action. At this summit, you will:
