Council of Elders Induction Ceremony
Greenwood Legacy Corporation invites you to join us on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Rudisill Library for this meaningful gathering that will formally welcome the Council of Elders.
Throughout the master planning process that resulted in the Kirkpatrick Heights / Greenwood Master Plan, Greenwood residents embraced a vision for a multi-faceted governance model that would include incorporating community wisdom and accountability from community elders.
This event marks an important milestone in Greenwood Legacy Corporation’s journey toward development and the implementation of the Master Plan.
