Driven by a calling to transform lives through Thriving Communities, Don Wenner founded DLP Realty with a mission to help others Dream, Live, and Prosper. Today, it has grown into DLP Capital, a vertically integrated private real estate investment firm recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for 14 consecutive years.
Don’s commitment to attainable housing is personal. Born to teenage parents, he lived in more than 30 homes during his childhood, shaping his mission to create safe, stable communities where families can thrive. Guided by his Christian faith and Luke 12:48—“To whom much is given, much is required”—he views leadership as an opportunity to serve.
Don was the lead investor and a board member of DLP Bancshares, which acquired and rebranded a Florida community bank as DLP Bank. In 2025, Regent Capital Corporation—parent company of Regent Bank and led by Chairman and CEO Sean Kouplen—acquired DLP Bancshares. DLP Bank and Regent Bank continue to operate separately under Regent Capital, with Kouplen joining DLP Bank’s board.
An Ernst & Young Florida Entrepreneur of the Year, Don is also a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and creator of the Elite Execution System. He and his wife, Carla, are raising their three sons with a shared commitment to faith, family, and living a life of significance.

*Please note that for this event, a portion of the amount that Individual Registration and Reserved Table of 8 purchasers and Sponsors pay will be for goods and/or services. The value of goods and/or services received is not tax-deductible as a charitable donation. Per IRS guidelines, the tax-deductible portion of the payment is limited to the amount of the contribution that exceeds the value of goods and/or services received. Our good faith estimates of the fair market value of goods and/or services received for each Individual Registration is $30 and for each reserved/sponsored table is $240. For example, the tax-deductible amount of a $50 Individual Registration is $20, and the tax-deductible amount of a $2,500 Gold Sponsorship is $2,260.
