Route 66 Pumpkin Festival – Vendor Registration

Become a Vendor at the Route 66 Pumpkin Festival!

Join us this October at Mohawk Sports Complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and put your business in front of guests throughout the Route 66 Pumpkin Festival.

We’re looking for food trucks and approved vendors to help create an incredible festival experience filled with great food, unique products and local businesses.

Vendor Registration — $1,500 Flat Fee

Your registration secures your approved vendor space for all scheduled festival dates from October 2–31, 2026.

Vendor registration includes:

• Vendor space for the full festival
• Participation on all scheduled festival dates
• Exposure to festival attendees
• Opportunity to promote and sell your products
• Inclusion in the Route 66 Pumpkin Festival vendor lineup
• No percentage of sales collected by the festival

Vendor space is limited. All participating vendors are subject to festival approval and must comply with applicable permits, licenses, health regulations, insurance requirements and festival guidelines.

Additional setup and check-in information will be provided to approved vendors before the festival.
