2026 Northwest Pavement Management Association (NWPMA) Conference

Join us for the 2026 NWPMA Annual Conference!

The conference will be held at the Hilton Vancouver in Vancouver, WA from October 27th to October 30th.

Full conference registration includes the pre-conference sessions on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and Networking Social on Wednesday; breakfast and the Awards Banquet luncheon on Thursday afternoon; and breakfast on Friday.

Registration is also available for single days and includes any meals and activities associated with the conference on that day.

Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Registrants unable to attend will receive a refund of the paid registration less any service fees provided the cancellation is received no later than 21 days before the event.

* No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that time.*

On-site parking at the Hilton Vancouver is $26/day for overnight guests.
