Victor Valley College Fall 2026 HBCU Caravan

Fall HBCU Caravan Overview

Victor Valley College will host the Fall HBCU Caravan on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Educational Events Center. Guided by the theme “Community. Exposure. Possibilities.”, the caravan will connect high school and community college students with representatives and resources from Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Students will explore admissions and transfer pathways, academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, campus life, and the culturally affirming experiences HBCUs provide. Featured institutions include Morehouse College, Alabama State University, Bethune-Cookman University, Texas Southern University, Dillard University, and Lane College.

The caravan is designed to expand students’ awareness of their educational options, strengthen their confidence in pursuing higher education, and help them build meaningful connections with HBCU representatives. Families, educators, counselors, and community partners are also invited to attend and support students as they consider their next steps.

Through direct engagement, college exploration, and community-building, the Fall HBCU Caravan will encourage students to envision new possibilities and see themselves thriving at an HBCU.
