Silent Book Club Media - October 29 Kick Off #2 Meet-up at Aston Mills Arts

Join us for Silent Book Club aka quiet reading time during spooky season!

Let's kick off this new chapter for SBC Media! We will have two kick off events in October. Our second kick off event will be hosted by Silent Book Club Media at Aston Mills Arts (3100 Mount Rd., Aston, PA 19014). Please register (free) so we know to expect you!

Note: This event will be held in the First Floor Gallery. On display will be the current exhibit "The Mist," which features fine art created by local artists. The gallery will be open to art viewing before and after our meet-up. Please enjoy the art! You are also welcome to BYO drinks/snacks, but please be mindful of the space (nothing messy, please). If sharing, please also bring your own cups/plates/napkins/utensils, etc.

How does it work? This is a B.Y.O. Book event with no assigned readings or required discussion; all book formats are welcome and all events are free (but please try to RSVP!). Join us for dedicated quiet reading time and feel free to socialize after (or keep reading)! Since we are in a shared space, feel free to bring headphones for noise and/or your own cozy blanket/sweatshirt.

Schedule:

6:30pm - 7:00pm - Arrive & Settle in the First Floor Gallery (and enjoy the gallery exhibit)

7:00pm - 8:00pm - Silent Reading Hour

8:00pm - 8:30pm - Meet & Mingle, Keep Reading, or Explore the Art

Sold-out Event? Join the waitlist in case seats become available (will check with venue and also if anyone cancels) or sign-up for a future event!
