Discussion topics will focus on:

Valid and Enforceable Contracts

- How do I create a valid and enforceable contract?

- What are the elements of valid and/or enforceable contracts

- What results if you are missing one or more of the required elements for a valid contract?

What contracts MUST be in writing to be enforceable?

- The 6 contract types that MUST be in writing to be enforceable and recognized in a court of law

- The Statute of Frauds which is the law that provides the guidelines for these contracts that MUST be in writing to be enforceable
