While You Wait is a welcoming, supportive group designed for service members and veterans who are in that in-between space—preparing for deployment, waiting for a TRICARE referral, waiting for a VA Community Care Network (CCN) referral, or simply looking for connection and support.

While you wait, you can:

• Build resilience and strengthen your mindset
• Learn practical tools you can use right away
• Connect with others who understand military life
• Learn more about therapy and what to expect
• Prepare for deployment or your next step in care
• Invest in your well-being—starting now

This group may be for you if you are:

Active duty and preparing to deploy
Build skills and strengthen your readiness before you go.

Waiting for a TRICARE referral
Stay connected and supported while your individual care gets underway.

A veteran waiting for a VA CCN referral
Start learning about therapy, building skills, and taking steps toward your goals now.
