Meet Your Higher Self - Sanctuary Meditation

𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is an ancient technique that takes you deeper within to connect with what’s called your higher self. Your higher self contains the higher aspects of who you are – the version of you that you’ve been aspiring to but may not yet be able to actively embody. Your higher self has the answers to everything you need to know, and is always readily available to help. In this class, you’ll be handed down this ancient meditation to use anytime you want to feel more connected to yourself and gain clarity on accomplishing your goals in life.

This meditation is for you if:

• You frequently doubt yourself and your decisions.
• You find yourself quick to follow others’ opinions without much discernment.
• You are curious about purpose and higher potential.
