Sound Bath Sundays: Your "Me" Time

Overview

Sound & Stillness — A Sound Healing Experience

✨ JUST ADDED: Sunday, September 13
An additional Sound Bath Sunday has been added for September!

SoundBath Sundays is a sound healing experience designed for those who need a gentle reset.

Held on the last Sunday of each month, this experience offers a moment of intentional rest through sound, vibration, and stillness. It’s ideal for busy weeks, first-timers, or anyone seeking a calming pause before the week ahead.

You’ll be guided into relaxation and then immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.

✨ What to Expect

• A guided grounding to begin
• A brief sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments
• A cozy, supported setup with zero-gravity chairs, mats, pillows, and eye masks
• Quiet time at the end for reflection and reorientation
