A sound bath is a deeply meditative practice where participants are immersed in sound waves created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. These frequencies interact with your body’s energy field, realigning and harmonizing your inner state.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, we have mats that you may borrow. Dress comfortably. Bolster, blanket, eye mask provided.
