Chakra Tune-Up: Hunter's Moon

As the light of the year begins to soften and autumn settles in, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Join me at Nurture Holistic Wellness for an evening of intention setting, meditation, breathwork, chakra alignment, and sound healing designed to help you release stagnant energy and create space for clarity, balance, and renewal.

The Chakra Tune-Up is a beautiful opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life and give your mind, body, and spirit a reset.

✨ Your evening will include:

• 🌕 Hunter’s Moon intention setting
• 🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation
• 🌬️ Breathwork
• 🌈 Chakra alignment and energy work
• 🔔 Crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments
• 🎶 A deeply relaxing sound bath
• 🌿 Time to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect

The Hunter’s Moon carries the energy of preparation, reflection, and gathering what we need as we move deeper into the season. Use this evening to honor where you are, release what no longer serves you, and set an intention for the season ahead.

Please bring:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat
🛏️ Pillow and/or blanket for comfort
💧 Water bottle
✨ An open heart and willingness to receive

Doors open at 5:40 PM. The doors will be locked promptly at 6:00 PM to maintain the peaceful container for the group, so please arrive early enough to get settled. No late entry.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling physically relaxed and spiritually replenished. 💫

Space is limited, so advance registration is encouraged.
