AGHI's HUMANITIES ON THE HILL | Your Brain on Music: Sound, Science & Soul

Your Brain on Music celebrates PCE’s new collaboration with Johns Hopkins University’s Alexander Grass Humanities Institute. Dr. Daniel Weinberger, Hopkins Professor and Director of the Lieber Institute for Brain Development, curates a unique program that explores how our brains respond to and interact with music and images. Brain scans, film clips, and scientific commentary harmonize with works by Bach, Pachelbel, Nino Rota, Felipe Lara, and a complete performance of Beethoven’s Eighth Symphony.

Please note this page is for the November 17th show only.
