What if healing could be as simple as lying down and listening?
This Sunday, our Open Circle gathers for our monthly Community Sound Bath, an immersive and centering experience where sacred sound does the work and all you have to do is receive it. Afterward, Dina Ostrovsky will lead us in a gentle embodiment and movement practice to help us bring that settled, open feeling back into our bodies. Then we'll do what we do best: connect, share, and build community together.
This month's sound bath is part of a larger Embodiment and Movement Weekend here at the center, Friday through Sunday, with dance, yoga, breathwork, voice, sound, and more. You're welcome to come just for the sound bath or stay for more of the weekend: https://www.collectiveffervescenceboston.com/touch-movement
We have yoga mats and cushions you can use, but if you have your own, please bring it. You're also welcome to bring a blanket, an eye mask, a water bottle, anything that helps you settle in. And if you have none of those things, come anyway. All are welcome exactly as you are.
The Open Circle is always free and open to the public. We gladly accept donations to our Common Purse, a fund for people in our community who are experiencing hardship. You're also welcome to bring nonperishable food or toiletry items for our free pantry.
