Cookbook Addiction: Six Seasons of Pasta (Dec. 8 @ 6 PM)

Cookbook Addiction

Featuring the cookbook by Joshua McFadden Six Seasons of Pasta: A New Way with Everyone's Favorite Food,

Our Fall 2026 season is celebrating the many ways that seasonality inspires the way we cook—from the farmers market to the flavors of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. Six Seasons of Pasta beautifully brings those ideas together, reminding us that the most memorable meals begin with ingredients at their peak. In this follow-up to his acclaimed cookbook Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables, James Beard Award-winning author Joshua McFadden reimagines pasta as the perfect canvas for the flavors of every season. Through 125+ recipes, McFadden teaches home cooks how to transform simple ingredients and everyday dried pasta into restaurant-quality dishes using his intuitive “build-the-sauce-in-the-skillet” approach. We’ll cook directly from the book, exploring comforting fall recipes that showcase seasonal ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and the magic of a perfectly crafted bowl of pasta.

Each guest will receive a copy of Six Seasons of Pasta to continue exploring the delicious rhythm of seasonal cooking at home. Join us for the perfect finale to our Fall season—a celebration of pasta, seasonality, and the joy of gathering around the table.
