Inspired by my time in Parma, Bologna, Ravenna, and smaller towns throughout the region, I'm more convinced than ever that Emilia-Romagna is the gastronomic heart of Italy. Join us for a festive feast showcasing the flavors of Italy's famed “Food Valley.”
Home to Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar, the original ragù alla Bolognese, and countless other DOP-protected specialties, Emilia-Romagna is synonymous with generous, celebratory food. We'll prepare rich and comforting dishes inspired by the holiday tables of Parma, Modena, and Bologna, drawing on recipes and traditions gathered along the way. Come celebrate, gather inspiration for your own Thanksgiving or Christmas table, and take a taste of Emilia-Romagna home with you.
Buone feste!
