Saturday, October 17th at 5pm
Join us for The Rite of the Womb, a monthly women’s circle, typically held every third Saturday at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick. This month we will be meeting upstairs in the MOON ROOM.
This month’s Rite of the Womb workshop welcomes special guest Miriam Katz, an accomplished shamanic healer and intuitive guide whose practice is grounded in years of immersive study, dedicated apprenticeship, and formal training across multiple shamanic lineages and healing traditions. Her extensive background includes advanced training in Core Shamanism, the Andean Q’ero lineage, and energy healing. Miriam will guide us through an introduction to Shamanic Healing with Rattles, teaching us how to use rattles as a tool in shamanic healing practices.
Our chakras can hold dense energies including the energy of other people or places, memories, beliefs or ideas, and even the energy of attack. As we clear these energies out of our chakras we can feel lighter, freer, and more connected to our innate gifts and abilities.
We’ll learn techniques to scan the energy body, to identify a clogged chakra (energy center) and to open it, extract + transmute heavy energies, replace with high vibration energy, and close it. We’ll work in pairs to ensure that everyone gets to perform and receive an energy clearing.
Prep for participants: Bring your own rattle if you have one - whether a sacred rattle or a child’s toy. Preferably made with natural materials like wood or metal, but plastic can work if needed. Miriam will have some sacred Peruvian rattles to lend or sell for those who want.
