Sovereign Transformation: Breath • Body • Herd is a one-day immersive experience designed to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered through three intentional practices:

Equus Coaching Experience horses as honest, nonjudgmental mirrors as you explore authenticity, balance, connection, presence, and emotional regulation.

Somatic Yoga Move gently and intentionally through mindful movement and breath.
Build deeper body awareness while creating space to ground and regulate your nervous system.

The Sovereign Breath: 70-Minute 9D Breathwork finally end the day with an immersive breathwork journey featuring sound, binaural beats, guided coaching, and visualization to support the release of limiting beliefs and integration of what you’ve uncovered throughout the day.

You’ll be guided by:
Belle Vivienne Master Facilitator Equus Coach, Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, ICF Associate Certified Coach, and Integrative Health Practitioner.

Belle brings together equus coaching, breathwork, somatic practices, and holistic wellness to create grounded experiences that support self-awareness, resilience, and deeper self-trust.

Lisa Cordasco Clinical mental health therapist and trauma-informed somatic yoga teacher with more than 20 years of yoga practice. With additional training in grief work, Kundalini, aerial yoga, and equine-assisted therapy,

Lisa brings a deeply embodied and compassionate approach to the day. Together, Belle and Lisa will create a supportive space for you to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and return to yourself with greater clarity and confidence.
