Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, vocals, and other soothing instruments, Ember creates an immersive soundscape to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep relaxation.

Begin with a brief guided meditation, then settle into a unique sound bath as Ember moves throughout the room with various instruments.
