Push the stroller. Wear the baby. Pull up solo. However you show up, you belong here. We move together, we breathe together, and we leave better than we came.

What to Expect:

• 🏃 2-mile group run — walk it, jog it, run it. Your pace is the right pace.
• 👶🏽 Strollers, carriers, and solo dads all welcome
• 🤜🏾 Real convo, real connection, real dad energy
• 🎁 Surprises, giveaways, and good vibes on deck

No stroller? No problem. Kids with the other parent? Booked up this week? Man, still pull up. This is your reset too. We hold it down for each other — with or without the little ones in tow.
