Aufguss Sauna Ceremony

Aufguss is a German word that translates to steam infusion—you may also hear it called pour over. But it’s so much more than that.

It’s a sauna ritual where heat, steam, scent, and movement are orchestrated with precision.

The sauna master leads a session and controls:

• Temperature and timing
• Essential oil infusions
• Movement of heat through the room using towel work

Our Aufguss session combines tradition, ritual, performance, and a bit of theater.

Sessions are enhanced with intentional lighting, storytelling, and choreography, taking you on an emotional and sensory journey.

We can't wait to introduce you to this immersive, aromatic heat experience.
