Cancer Comeback Collective

Life after cancer can be a strange place to land. The people around you may be celebrating that treatment is over while you’re quietly thinking, “Okay… but now what?” Where is the recovery plan? How do I rebuild my strength, energy, confidence, and sense of self?

That’s why Cancer Comeback Collective exists.

Each Sunday, we’ll spend about an hour together blending movement, food for healing, reflection, and connection.

We’ll start by checking in, saying hello, and getting to know the other survivors in the room. Then we’ll move together with approachable strength, mobility, and stretching, with modifications and progressions for different abilities and energy levels. If you’re having a lower-energy day, still join us. Stretch, take it easy, or hang out on the mat with 🐾Ernesto, my sweet rescue dog and Director of Good Vibes. It all counts.

Next, we’ll explore a featured food or ingredient for healing. I’ll share why I chose it, how it may support recovery and overall wellness, and bring a small sample for anyone who would like to try it.

We’ll finish in the Chill Room with a Cancer Comeback Club mindset prompt and time for reflection, conversation, and connection. We may explore identity, confidence, rebuilding, fear, strength, purpose, or simply the question at the heart of our program:

Who am I becoming now?

Whether you finished treatment yesterday or 10 years ago, you are welcome here. You may be here to learn, to share what you’ve learned, or simply to feel more supported as you figure out what life after cancer looks like for you.
