In-Person Yoga Teacher Training Lab
RYT 200, Yoga Alliance
Come sit beside me for tea, conversation, and practice. Our Friday in-person lab brings the teachings of yoga into the room, offering time to explore what you are learning and develop confidence guiding others.
Led by Michelle Rae Sobi, these small-group sessions combine discussion, guided practice, and teaching opportunities with close mentorship. Together, we explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, communication, ethics, and the practical decisions that shape a thoughtful class. Bring your questions, practice explaining a posture or leading a sequence, and receive feedback that helps you find your own teaching voice.
Within Edge Yoga School’s 200-hour training, labs connect on-demand study with shared experience. What you read or watch becomes something you can discuss, practice, and apply, with room to revisit concepts and learn alongside fellow students.
Each week offers space to deepen your understanding of yoga and take the next step in your development as a teacher. Come ready to participate, ask questions, and discover what becomes possible through practice.
Step into a comprehensive, practice-based teacher training rooted in both tradition and real-world application. The RYT 200 program at Edge Yoga School & Arts is designed to support students through a balance of lectures, labs, and practicum, creating a fully embodied learning experience.
Students train in small group settings with close mentorship from Michelle Rae Sobi, developing confidence, clarity, and professional readiness. In-person labs are supported by on-demand lessons, allowing you to study, reflect, and integrate at your own pace.
Interactive webinars, hands-on teaching opportunities, and a flexible schedule with afternoon, evening, and weekend options make this program accessible while maintaining depth and integrity.
