Each week, we gather for an intentional, one-hour experience designed to feed both your appetite and your spirit. You’ll enjoy a homemade or catered lunch, generously provided by our featured speaker, while you listen to a 30-minute talk on a topic or cause that matters—business, community, leadership, creativity, well-being, and personal growth.

Then, we shift into 30 minutes of authentic networking—not the kind where you feel pressured to make a pitch, but the kind where real relationships are built.
