Hike+ Yoga+ Sound October Finale at Pete's Pond

Conclude our autumn journey with friends! Challenge your body, clear your mind, and tune your energy field to the protective, vibrant frequencies of peak autumn season.

Join us for the ultimate grand finale of our adult October series at Pete's Pond Preserve. Staged during the peaceful evening hours, this immersion is dedicated to deep introspection, grounding movement, and celebrating the absolute peak of autumn color. The winding forest trails provide a breathtaking wild sanctuary to fortify your respiratory and nervous systems.

This high-value, immersive experience blends a scenic evening trail walk, simple standing yoga, and a highly personalized, high-vibration sound session under the canopy.

🎒 The Evening Flow

• The Trailhead Gathering: We will meet at the main parking lot next to our signature colorful pinwheels at 5:30 PM to ground our awareness, connect as a community, and step across our intentional opening threshold together.
• The Peak Color Mindful Hike: We will embark on a rewarding hike along the beautiful, scenic trails of Pete's Pond. Walking beneath a canopy of peak autumn colors, we will pause deeply to immerse our lungs with the trees and drink in the spectacular changing leaves. Depending on the evening's weather, we may pause to take in the quiet views right by the water.
• Mindful Trail Yoga: Immersed in the autumn landscape, we will pause beneath the trees for a gentle sequence of standing yoga postures and seasonal breathwork. This trail-friendly sequence is designed to shake off the demands of the day, release mental fog, and help you tune in to your body's natural rhythms.
• 1:1 Self-Guided Sound Immersion: Surrounded by the beautiful fall scenery at dusk, you will drop into an intimate sound experience. Everyone will receive their own Schumann Resonance tuning fork to use directly on their physical or energetic body. Paired with your choice of grounding aromatherapy, you will activate healing frequencies to soothe the nervous system and anchor deep internal peace.
