The Gentle Shift-A Fall to Winter Reset

A Wellness Gathering benefiting The Gathering Place

As autumn gently gives way to winter, join us for an enchanting evening of relaxation, renewal and connection. Experience a heart opening cacao ceremony and sound bath, soothing reiki sessions, intuitive card readings and other nurturing wellness experiences designed to restore balance and inspire inner peace. Explore a curated selection of artisan cold processed soaps, crystals, aromatherapy available to purchase. The Gentle Shift will open with a cacao ceremony led by Candace of Becoming with CDR and a sound bath by Hank the Sonic Shaman. Cacao is a gentle, grounding plant medicine traditionally shared in ceremony to invite connection with ourselves and one another. Through drinking cacao with intention, guided reflection and immersive sound, we'll create space to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body and listen inward as we move from autumn toward winter. No previous experience needed. Come as you are, embrace the beauty of slowing down and discover moments of peace amid the changing seasons.

REST-RENEW-RECONNECT-GIVE BACK

Together, we'll celebrate wellness, kindness and community while supporting The Gathering Place, an organization dedicated to individuals and families touched by cancer.
