Sanctuary Sunday: 9D Breathwork + Wellness Sanctuary Experience

SANCTUARY SUNDAY

Breathe. Restore. Get Vitalized.

What if Sunday night wasn't about thinking about everything you have to do Monday?

Once a month, we're turning the Vitality Sanctuary into a two-hour mini-retreat designed to help you unplug, slow down and experience some of our favorite ways to feel good.

No rushing from station to station. No pressure to perform. And you definitely don't have to be a yogi.

Come in. Put your phone away. Have some tea. Breathe. Try something new. And give yourself a couple of hours where nothing is required of you.

🌬️ 9D BREATHWORK JOURNEY

Slip on your headphones, close your eyes and let yourself be guided through an immersive 9D Breathwork Journey combining conscious breathing, sound, music, guided cues and layered audio.

You don't need to know how to meditate or have any previous breathwork experience. We'll guide you from beginning to end.

☀️ SANCTUARY RESET

After your journey, you'll have time to explore restorative experiences throughout the Vitality Sanctuary.

Depending on the evening, your experience may include:

Red Light Salt Box • Vibroacoustic Sound Bed • Vibration Therapy • Massage Chair • Infrared Heat • Cold Therapy

Think less treatment and more adult recess for your nervous system.

Try what feels good. Skip what doesn't. This is your time.

🫖 TEA + INTEGRATION

We'll finish slowly.

Grab some tea, have a light bite, journal, pull a card, chat with someone new—or don't talk at all.

There is no forced sharing circle.

Just a little time to land before heading back into real life.
