Wilton Manors Tuesday Nights at Stafford Park

Refresh your mind and spark your creativity at our mindful wellness workshop, held Tuesday evenings.

Designed for anyone seeking a thoughtful reset—whether you're a parent, a busy professional, or simply craving intentional time for yourself—this workshop offers a refined, welcoming space to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your creativity.

For those attending solo, it provides an effortless, pressure-free setting to connect with like-minded individuals, where meaningful conversations and new connections unfold naturally.

For parents, our thoughtfully arranged space provides a gentle balance of independence and connection. Adults and children are guided in separate, nearby areas, allowing parents to enjoy uninterrupted creative time while still remaining close and accessible. Our facilitators work with both groups individually to create a meaningful and restorative experience for everyone.

Parents are welcome to bring one child (ages 5+) free of charge. Additional children may join for $10 each.

Examples themes of our Creative Wellness Workshops:

The Art of Impermanence - This is a curated creative wellness workshop using natural elements to create temporary still-life compositions.

Intuitive Scribble Meditation - This is a curated creative wellness workshop combining meditative scribbling with abstract creation using classic art materials.

Seeds of Intention - A curated creative wellness workshop centered on intention-setting through collage. Participants will reflect, select, and assemble visual elements using paper and mixed materials, transforming their intentions into layered compositions that represent growth, grounding, and what they are ready to nurture.

Group Rotation Creativity - This is a curated creative wellness workshop combining shared art projects, a classic interval method which teaches attendees to let go of control and release tension.

Hosted in the spacious event space at Stafford Park in Wilton Manors (Address: 823 NE 28th St, Wilton Manors, FL 33334), this small-group experience invites participants to step away from screens and routines and into a calm, hands-on creative practice.

Using simple materials and gentle guidance, the workshop focuses on presence and process rather than performance or artistic skill.

Our 'Tuesday Nights in Wilton' are part of the ArtRelax Salon series, created for people who value presence, creativity, and community as part of a regular care routine.
