Upon arrival at Bryant Park, you'll have approximately 9 hours to explore the city at your own pace. Visit the Bryant Park Winter Village, admire the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, stroll along Fifth Avenue to see the world-famous holiday window displays, take in the sights of Times Square, enjoy Central Park, catch a Broadway show, shop for holiday gifts, visit museums, or savor a meal at one of New York City's renowned restaurants.

Age Requirements:

This trip involves a very long day of travel, with an early morning departure, approximately nine hours of independent exploration in New York City, and a late-night return to Vermont. To help ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all passengers, participation is limited to guests who are 10 years of age and older.

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted on this trip. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the trip.

Please note: If a ticket is purchased for a child under the age of 10, the child may be denied boarding and participation in the trip. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all attendees meet the minimum age requirement before purchasing tickets.

Departure

Pickup: Colchester Park & Ride, 400 US route 7, Colchester VT

Departure: 6:00 a.m. (please arrive 15–30 minutes early. We are leaving 6.00 a.m. sharp).

Arrival in Manhattan: By 12:00 p.m. at Bryant Park

Return Departure: 9:00 p.m. from Bryant Park (Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled. We will be leaving 9 p.m. sharp)

Drop Off: 2:30 a.m. at Colchester Park and Ride

Return Policy

The motor coach will depart from Bryant Park promptly at 9:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive at the designated pickup location 15–30 minutes early. Due to the schedule and consideration for all passengers, the bus cannot wait for late arrivals.

If you miss the scheduled departure, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation home. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for missed departures.

We strongly encourage all participants to set reminders on their phones, allow extra travel time back to Bryant Park, and account for holiday crowds, traffic, and public transportation delays.
