Meet Your Instructor: Janay Thomas

Janay Thomas is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a Florida Realtors Certified Instructor with over 10 years in the industry. She's the founder of JT Home Group and JT University.

She leads a team that has grown to $15 million in annual sales volume, and none of it runs on memory. Her business runs on systems: Follow Up Boss for her CRM, SkySlope and Open to Close for transactions, ClickUp for project management, Zapier for automation, and stage-by-stage email campaigns so no client or deal falls through the cracks. About 80% of her business comes from social media and more than 21,000 followers she built organically.

A University of Florida graduate in Sociology & Education, Janay started her career as a teacher in Harlem and still teaches like one. Through JT University, she coaches agents nationwide on systems, automation, branding and business operations, and she hosts Coffee & Chat, a free quarterly event for Central Florida realtors.
