Movement by Moonlight
About This Event
Movement by Moonlight
As the veil grows thin, and the night comes alive, step into the shadows for a Halloween Yoga experience unlike any other.
Surrounded by candlelight, mysterious energy, and a touch of the unknown, we’ll move through a slow and soulful practice designed to release what no longer serves us and make space for what lies beneath.
Expect eerie ambiance, deep stretches, mindful movement, and moments of stillness as we embrace the magic of the season.
Leave the outside world behind. Enter the darkness. Find the light within.
