Monthly Meditation: Nature-Based Mindfulness for Tranquility and Renewal

Each month, enjoy the peace of early evening amongst the fields and woodlands of Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center.

In the company of fellow nature lovers, explore nature-based mindfulness practices that remind us of our innate connection to the earth and offer support, perspective, delight, and ease. Practices will include seated meditation, mindful walking, nourishing silence and shared reflection.

Guided by meditation teacher, Liz Slade, Liz is a mindfulness teacher, Awake in the Wild nature meditation teacher, social emotional learning consultant, and educational therapist. This monthly program is open to new and experienced meditators alike. Admission is free with an optional donation to support the program and farm.
