Native American Stone Structures of the Lower Hudson Valley

Rob Buchanan has spent years identifying indigenous stone structures in the woods of the Lower Hudson Valley. In his presentation, Rob will show and discuss examples of these distinctive stone structures. The presentation will feature structures located in the woods of Hilltop Hanover Farm and discuss the threats facing stone structures and efforts to preserve them. After the presentation, Rob will lead an optional hike to visit some of the stone structures along the farm's trails. Please note that the presentation is approximately 1 hour in length and the optional hike is between 1.5-2 hours.
