​RELEASE — A One-Day Women’s Retreat

Grounded & Growing presents RELEASE, a one-day women’s retreat created for women who are ready to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and release what no longer serves them.

Join us Saturday, November 21, 2026, at The Estate in Yuma, Arizona, for a full day filled with inspiration, connection, wellness, creativity, empowerment, and community.

Your day begins with coffee, pastries, shopping, mingling, and time to connect before choosing your own wellness experience. Choose from lakeside yoga, somatic dancing, a grounding sound bowl bath and meditation, or a prayer and worship walk.

We’ll then come together for an inspiring keynote with Petra Krebbs, followed by a beautiful lakeside picnic lunch.

In the afternoon, you’ll choose a hands-on creative experience designed to help you reflect, reconnect, and grow. Choose from art painting focused on healing through emotions, a letting-go journey bracelet, or our Release & Rebuild plant and succulent bar.

We’ll finish the day together with a meaningful RELEASE ceremony—an opportunity to intentionally let go of what you no longer want to carry and step forward into what comes next.
