We're a cookbook club for people who'd rather cook the book than just read about it. Each month we choose one cookbook, everyone picks a recipe and makes it at home, and we gather potluck-style to eat the whole menu together and talk about how it went.
You don't need to buy the book: since everyone cooks just one recipe, you only need one recipe. We share the upcoming book at the meetup, you can also access the books via the library, and free online recipes — buy it later if you love it.
The only real rules:
We meet in public spaces — our home base is Zilker Brewery in East Austin. You grab a drink there, we claim a few tables, and we spread the month's menu out to share.
See the Cookbook of the month & Register for a recipe here.
