Hosted by Yoga Social, this intimate candlelight yoga experience combines restorative yoga, gentle stretching, mindful movement, and calming breathwork inside a beautiful, art-filled Denver studio. Surrounded by local artwork and the warm glow of candlelight, you'll have space to release tension, quiet your mind, and reset before the weekend.

What to Expect

This is a slower, more relaxing experience than a traditional vinyasa class. Expect gentle restorative yoga, deep stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement designed to support relaxation and stress relief.

No yoga experience is necessary. Beginners are absolutely welcome, and experienced yogis looking for a slower practice will feel right at home.

The intimate studio setting and surrounding artwork make this a unique art-infused wellness experience in Denver and a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your local creative community.

What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable layers. Since restorative yoga includes slower poses and periods of stillness, we recommend wearing something cozy.

Don't have a yoga mat? Mat rentals are available for $5.

Yoga Social offers community-centered, donation-based yoga experiences throughout the Denver area. A $15–$30 donation is suggested for this class, helping us continue creating accessible yoga and wellness events while partnering with local venues, artists, musicians, nonprofits, and small businesses.
