DISCOVER THE FACTS ABOUT METRO-DISTRICTS AND HOAs

Metropolitan Districts Have Become The Land Developers Tool Of Choice To Fund Infrastructure Of New Neighborhoods

Metropolitan Districts are tools land developers use to fund the roads, utilities, and amenities homebuyers expect in many new Colorado neighborhoods—and they can affect a homeowner’s tax bill. This class equips agents to explain how metro districts are formed, structured, and governed; how budgets are set and property taxes are used; how HOAs operate within metro districts; and how to quickly research any specific district with confidence.
