BEYOND THE GAME: Youth Engagement & Activity Leadership Retreat

A Two-Day Hands-On Professional Development Retreat for Youth Development Professionals

Great youth programming doesn't happen by accident.

It takes staff who know how to engage young people, lead with confidence, manage the energy of a group, create meaningful activities, handle challenging moments, and smoothly transition from one activity to the next.

Beyond the Game: Youth Engagement & Activity Leadership Retreat is an immersive two-day professional development experience designed for youth workers, camp counselors, recreation professionals, coaches, mentors, after-school staff, program coordinators, supervisors, and emerging youth leaders.

This is not a traditional conference where participants spend two days sitting and listening.

Come ready to participate. Leave ready to lead.

Over two days, participants will play, lead, create, problem-solve, network, and practice the same techniques they can immediately bring back to their organizations.
